Soundfonts Page |
Here are two Soundfonts, the
'English Organ', and 'Cinema Organ'. The first contains the
sounds or virtual pipework for a 'straight' or classical pipe
organ of up to about 50 stops. The other, which comes in two
versions, those of a Cinema or Theatre organ. They are all in the
popular sf.2 format used by several software synthesisers
including Fluidsynth the Sound Blaster Live/Audigy family of
sound cards . |
The English Organ This Soundfont includes single
stops and combination sounds. Install in bank 20. It can be used
with just a Midi-cable or with jOrgan virtual console. jOrgan
uses only the single stops in the soundfont and provides
combinations through its console interface which connects your
keyboard or MIDI console to the soundfont sounds. Specimen
Dispostion files, (which define a console layout), screen-shots
and other details are on the Midi
Consoles page. |
